Originally trained as a Psychologist, founder Renee Melges studied various modalities to expand her approach when she saw that many clients were not shifting ingrained patterns during the course of a purely Western framework of psychological healing.

Renee brings the insights that an Eastern philosophy of healing has taught her from her work in Mindfulness, Kinesiology and Reiki. She offers in-person Holistic Counselling and Kinesiology sessions as well as providing Holistic Counselling and Psychological services online.
